BEASTDRIVE – THE SURVIVAL RUN
Terms & Conditions
By registering for and participating in BeastDrive – The Survival Run, all participants agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These rules are binding and enforceable throughout the duration of the event.
1. Eligibility
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
- A valid Indian driving license is mandatory for all drivers.
- All documents must be produced upon request by the organizers.
2. Vehicle & Insurance Requirements
- Vehicles must be covered under valid comprehensive motor insurance for the entire event duration.
- Vehicles must be roadworthy and mechanically fit.
- BeastDrive reserves the right to inspect and disqualify any vehicle deemed unsafe.
3. Personal Insurance & Medical Fitness
- BeastDrive will provide temporary medical insurance for the entire event duration which covers personal accident or life insurance covering injury or emergency.
- Participants confirm they are medically fit to undertake long-distance driving and endurance activities.
4. Registration Fee & Refund Policy
- The entry fee is strictly non-refundable in circumstances like withdrawal, postponement, disqualification, medical unfitness before the event starts, or force majeure.
- Refunds will be issued only if BeastDrive announces event cancellation.
- Registration is non-transferable without prior written approval from BeastDrive.
5. Goodie Bag & Merchandise
- Official goodie bags will be provided only after full payment.
- Goodie bags are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
6. Route & Event Compliance
- Participants must strictly follow the official rally route and check in at all designated checkpoints.
- Failure to comply may lead to penalties or disqualification.
7. Safety & Conduct
- Seatbelts, helmets, and safety gear must be used at all times.
- Alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- Participants must maintain respectful conduct toward staff, locals, fellow participants, and authorities.
8. Traffic & Legal Compliance
- All participants must obey local and national traffic laws.
- Traffic violations are the sole responsibility of the participant.
9. Voluntary Participation & Liability
- Participation is entirely voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
- BeastDrive, its organizers, sponsors, and staff are not liable for personal injury, death, vehicle damage, or loss/theft of property.
10. Mechanical Support
- BeastDrive will take care of vehicle repairs, breakdowns, towing, and fuel.
11. Environmental Responsibility
- Littering, damaging nature, or harming wildlife is strictly prohibited.
- Violations may lead to fines or immediate removal from the event.
12. Time Discipline
- Timely arrival at checkpoints and overnight halts is mandatory.
- Repeated delays or non-compliance may attract penalties or disqualification.
13. Media & Promotion Consent
- Participants grant BeastDrive.in the irrevocable right to use photos, videos, and recordings for marketing, promotions, social media, and future campaigns.
- No compensation shall be claimed for such usage.
14. Sponsorship & Branding
- Unauthorized display of third-party branding or promotions is not permitted.
- Participants may not sell merchandise or promote external brands without written consent.
15. Support Crew Rules
- Support crews must follow all event rules and code of conduct.
- Any violation by the crew will be treated as a participant violation.
16. Judges & Scoring
- All judges’ decisions, scores, penalties, and rankings are final and binding.
- No appeals will be entertained.
17. Prize Money
- Prize eligibility is subject to full compliance with all event rules.
- Applicable taxes will be deducted at source as per Indian law.
18. Force Majeure
- BeastDrive.in reserves the right to cancel, postpone, modify, or reroute the event due to natural disasters, government restrictions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
- No refunds shall be issued in such cases.
19. Indemnity Clause
- Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeastDrive.in, its organizers, sponsors, staff, and partners from any claims or legal actions arising from participation.
20. Emergency Information
- Participants must submit accurate emergency contact and medical details prior to the event.
- False information may result in disqualification.
21. GPS & Communication
- Participants must use GPS tracking or communication systems if provided.
22. Right to Deny Participation
- BeastDrive.in reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke participation at any time.
23. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under Indian law and jurisdiction.
24. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for BeastDrive – The Survival Run, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
