Who can participate?

Can I bring a coā€‘driver or navigator?

Absolutely! We encourage having a navigator strategy and navigation duties but have to pay

What kind of vehicle can I bring?
  • ā Any road-legal, street-registered car, ideally in good mechanical condition.
  • ā No strict age or modification limitsā€”just ensure safety compliance.
Is there a vehicle inspection?

Yes, a basic technical check will be conducted on first day of 3rd round (tires, brakes, seat belts).

Is BeastDrive a race?
Noā€”itā€™s a timeā€‘distance checkpoint rally, not a speed race. Safety and route accuracy matter most.
How long is the route, and how does it work?
  • The route will span several pit stops.
  • Youā€™ll receive route cards and/or QR-scanned turn-by-turn directions.
  • ā Average speeds are set below posted limits; no need to speed
What if I arrive too early or late?
Time penalties may apply. Details will be shared during the pre-drive briefing.
What happens in case of breakdown/accident?
Support staff or a sweep team will assist. Participants are encouraged to have basic roadside tools/spares.
Do I need to wear safety gear?
Bring essentials like a helmet (if required), gloves, and comfortable clothing.
Is there medical/insurance support provided?
Weā€™ll have firstā€‘aid responders and a medical kit onsite. Personal motor insurance remains your responsibility.

What if the event is canceled or rescheduled?
  • ā In case of organizer cancellation, participants will get a refund or transfer to a future event.
  • No refund for rescheduling due to personal reasons.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes, up to 30 days before the event start. After that, transfers are not permitted.

Will there be event photos or videos?
Yes. By registering, you consent to event photography/video which may be used in BeastDrive promotions (no fees or copyright claims).

  • Round 2 ā€“ Online Quiz: A fast-paced quiz to test your wit, awareness, and driving knowledge.
  • Final Round ā€“ South India Rally: Top finalists participate in the 10-day rally adventure across 10 cities.
